Ipswich have claimed a double by winning the Sky Bet Championship Manager of the Month and Player of the Month awards for November.
Town boss Mick McCarthy saw his side pick up 10 points from four matches, including three-goal victories over Rotherham and Charlton, while striker Daryl Murphy hit six goals in four matches during November.
Former Ipswich boss George Burley, who chairs the judging panel, has been impressed by McCarthy's efforts.
Burley said: "After a tough October, Mick found the right blend in his squad winning three games and drawing one during November.
"The 5-2 and 3-0 victories away from home show how many attacking qualities he has in his side.
"After just missing out in the Play-Offs last season, Mick will be determined to finish in the top six again this time around."
McCarthy's compatriot Murphy struggled to find form at the start of the season but improved dramatically in November.
The striker's first career hat-trick, in the 5-2 win at Rotherham, was the highlight, and he demonstrated his all-round threat by scoring with headers against Wolves and Charlton.
"He had to wait a while for the goals to come this season," said McCarthy.
"He wasn't doing anything different to last year, it just wasn't happening for him. There were signs it was all coming back though and he certainly had a great November.
"Six goals for us and he played his part in Ireland getting to the European Championships. Hopefully he will have the finals to look forward to next summer, what an incentive that is for him."
Peterborough boss Graham Westley has collected the Sky Bet League One award after his team collected maximum points with victories over Fleetwood, Crewe, Barnsley and Scunthorpe.
Posh scored 14 goals in the process and Westley appears to be winning over those who doubted his appointment in September.
Sky Sports' Football League pundit Don Goodman said: "Westley's time at London Road couldn't have gone any better after taking over from Darren Ferguson.
"It's fair to say that he wasn't the Posh fans' first choice, but if the start he has had is anything to go by, he must have alleviated many of the fears the fans had."
Coventry winger Jacob Murphy has been named the League One Player of the Month for playing his part in the team's bright start to the season.
Murphy has made notable progression since the start of the season, and has used his pace to score five goals, including a 10-minute hat-trick against Gillingham.
Sky Bet Football Trading Manager Paul Lowery said: "After another solid month of results Coventry are now into 7/2 joint favourites for League One and as short as evens to gain promotion back to the Championship.
"Originally 25/1 outsiders pre-season, they now lie second only two points off Burton.
"Jacob Murphy, on-loan from Norwich scored six goals [all competitions] last month and can be backed at 40/1 for the League One Golden Boot."
Northampton's Chris Wilder has been named the Sky Bet League Two Manager of the Month for November.
Despite concerns over the future of the club and non-payment of wages, The Cobblers won all four league games and climbed into the automatic promotion places.
Wilder guided his team wins over Mansfield and Yeovil at Sixfields either side over 2-1 victories away to Notts County and Crawley.
Burley said: "Chris has done a terrific job with Northampton Town, while also having to deal with a lot of difficult problems off the field.
"He has achieved a 100% record this month with two really solid home wins and two outstanding away performances at Notts County and Yeovil."
Leyton Orient forward Jay Simpson has been named the Sky Bet League Two Player of the Month.
Simpson netted four of Orient's six goals in the month, taking his tally to 15 in the division this season.
Orient manager Ian Hendon said: "It's great for Jay to win the award. He has been in good form all season long and this is just reward for all the hard work he puts in on the pitch and on the training ground.
"Hopefully he can keep up the good run of form and remain in the goals, though I am sure that will continue as he is a model professional."
