Blackburn's Championship clash with leaders Middlesbrough is one of a number of Boxing Day fixtures called off in England and Scotland due to adverse weather conditions.
Heavy rainfall over the past 24 hours in Lancashire left the playing surface at Ewood Park saturated in certain places and deemed unfit for play.
The Scottish Premiership games between Dundee United and Motherwell and Partick Thistle and St Johnstone have also been postponed due to waterlogged pitches.
