Tottenham have been installed as favourites to win the Premier League for the first time ever following Leicester's slip-up.
The league-leading Foxes were held to a 2-2 draw by West Brom, a result which saw them drift out from 15/8 to 3/1 to be crowned champions, with Spurs consequently shortening from 2/1 to 6/4 with Sky Bet.
Mauricio Pochettino's men have the chance to go top of the table for the first time since the opening weekend of the 2009/10 campaign when they visit West Ham on Wednesday night, with three points between themselves and the leaders and a superior goal difference in their favour.
Sky Bet have never previously held Spurs as favourites in Premier League history and Mauricio Pochettino's men even drifted out from pre-season odds of 50/1 to 250/1 following a four-match winless start to the campaign.
The north London outfit have not finished top of England's top tier since 1960/61, with their best performance since the Premier League formed in 1992/93 being a fourth-placed finish in 2011/12.
But Sky Bet also report that a defeat at Upton Park - alongside an Arsenal victory over Swansea - would see favoritism move back across north London ahead of Saturday's White Hart Lane derby.
Sky Bet's Sandro Di Michele said: "Tottenham are the latest side to take the favourites tag in what is proving the most unpredictable title battle in Premier League history.
"Arsenal and Manchester City will also be desperate to make the most of Leicester's slip-up and we'll be hoping they do so, with a £5m liability on Ranieri's men in our outright, having offered them at as long as 5,000/1 at the start of the season."
