Per Mertesacker, Aaron Ramsey and Gabriel were injured in Arsenal's win at Hull

Arsene Wenger admits Aaron Ramsey is an injury concern after the second-half substitute had to be replaced during Arsenal's 4-0 win at Hull.

Arsenal reached the quarter-finals of the FA Cup thanks a double from Olivier Giroud, plus another two goals from Theo Walcott.

But there was concern for Wales midfielder Ramsey, who was forced off having been on the pitch just 16 minutes at the KC Stadium.

Per Mertesacker and Gabriel were also hurt to take the number of Arsenal players in the treatment room to nine, though Wenger admits he is less concerned about his defenders.

"Mertesacker is just a cut on his eye - that looks to be very short [term]," he said of the German, who is understood not to have been concussed in the challenge with Nick Powell that forced him off.

"Gabriel is a hamstring and Ramsey is a thigh problem. To me, the most serious looks to be Ramsey. I think it's a thigh strain."

Ramsey missed five games earlier in the season with a thigh problem, a run which included a draw at home to Tottenham, along with defeats against Bayern Munich and West Brom.
