West Ham face Manchester United in their final match at Upton Park, live on Sky Sports 1HD, following Premier League fixture changes.

The two sides, who play each other in an FA Cup quarter-final replay that is yet to be arranged, will clash on Tuesday May 10, subject to United's possible advancement in the Europa League.

Should Louis van Gaal's side reach the semi-finals and play the second leg of the tie on Thursday May 5, their subsequent weekend Premier League fixture away to Norwich will be move to Sunday May 8 and their trip to West Ham moved to Wednesday May 11.

That could also lead to Liverpool's home game against Chelsea, also live on Sky Sports 1HD, being moved.

The Hammers were due to play Swansea in their last match at the Boleyn Ground, before they move to the Olympic Stadium next season, on May 7, their penultimate game of the season before an away trip to Stoke.

But the matches have been moved due to either side's certain inclusion in the FA Cup semi-final against Everton at Wembley on the weekend of the fixture's original date; Saturday April 23 or Sunday 24.

United and West Ham have also had other fixtures moved as a result, with the Hammers' match against Watford and Crystal Palace's trip to United now taking place on Wednesday April 20.

The Merseyside derby between Liverpool and Everton, which was postponed because of the Reds' involvement in the Capital One Cup final, will now take place on Wednesday April 20, live on Sky Sports 1HD.
