Premier League referees absent due to Euro 2016 workshop

Premier League referees Martin Atkinson, Mark Clattenburg and Anthony Taylor were unavailable for selection at the weekend as they attended a Euro 2016 pre-tournament workshop in Paris.
During their absence their were a number of controversial decisions with referee Jon Moss making the headlines following his decision to send off Leicester striker Jamie Vardy in the 2-2 draw with West Ham.
Moss also awarded Leicester a last-gasp penalty which prompted Hammers striker Andy Carroll to accuse the official of trying to "even it up."
The Yorkshire-based official is expected to continue as referee for Arsenal's match with West Brom on Thursday and will be on duty as fourth official for Saturday's FA Cup semi-final between Everton and Manchester United.
Over the next four days in France the referee teams will train together, undertake fitness tests and review the application of technical instructions for the final tournament.
Twelve Premier League officials in total will feature in the Euros; Clattenburg and Atkinson as referees, while Taylor will feature as an assistant referee.
In total 112 match officials are at the four-day workshop, at the referees' tournament headquarters at the Hôtel du Lac, in Enghien-Les-Bains.
A total of 94 will then return to France on 6 June for the tournament itself.
Sky Sports understands the English referees will be back in time to officiate Premier League matches next weekend.
