Anfield will host its biggest crowd in almost 40 years on Saturday evening as Liverpool open their new Main Stand against Leicester City.

The completion of the Main Stand redevelopment has added more than 8,000 seats to the stadium and takes Anfield's official capacity to 54,074.

The £115m project obliged Liverpool to play their opening three fixtures away from home and Claudio Ranieri's Premier League champions provide the opposition for the first home game of the season.
