Sky Sports News HQ gets a tour of the new stand at Anfield ahead of Liverpool's Premier League game this weekend

Sky Sports Vinny O'Connor goes behind the scenes at Anfield to check out the new Main Stand.

Saturday's visit of Premier League champions will see Liverpool play their first home game of the season following the redevelopment of Anfield.

The new £115m Main Stand has added more than 8,000 seats to the stadium and takes the official capacity to 54,074.

Friday's unveiling was attended by the club's owners, manager Jurgen Klopp and special guests including: Sami Hyypia, Gary McAllister, Robbie Fowler, Margaret Aspinall, Jamie Carragher, Ian Rush and Kenny Dalglish.

"The first time I saw the new stand, I thought 'Wow!' I couldn't imagine it would look like this after the Chelsea game [in May]," Klopp told the club's website.

"It's really great and a big step for the club. Everybody who is there on Saturday can really look forward to it. I'm not sure I've ever seen a stand like this. With the roof, I'm sure it's good for the atmosphere."
