Cristiano Ronaldo has said he would offer himself a 10-year contract at Real Madrid if he was club president.
The statement was a clear indication to Florentino Perez that Ronaldo wants to end his career at the club.
The 31-year-old returned for Real in their 5-2 win over Osasuna on Saturday, scoring the first after six minutes with a simple back-post tap-in.
Ronaldo admitted he cannot imagine anything other than ending his playing career with Real, with the forward eager to add to his trophy haul.
"You would have to talk with the president. Things are going well," Ronaldo told reporters after the match.
"The media have written it already, you know more than me. If I were the Madrid president, I would give me 10 more years.
"I want to win all possible trophies and would love to win La Liga. It is a title that we will be going after and the team are looking good and solid.
"We've started well and I hope we can continue to do well. It is a long competition, but I am convinced we will win this year."
Ronaldo conceded that he was nervous on his Real return, despite opening the scoring.
The Portugal captain had not played since his country's Euro 2016 final victory over France in July, where the 31-year-old went off injured in the first half.
"There were a few moments where I felt nervous but that is normal after an injury. I am happy because we won and I scored," Ronaldo added.
Real boss Zinedine Zidane brushed off Ronaldo contract talk, but said he always wants to have the forward at his disposal.
"I enjoyed seeing Cristiano in action, just like everyone else who loves him," Zidane said.
"I want to always have him here with us, he's played an hour today and we'll have to see whether he plays on Wednesday.
"It had been almost 60 days since his last game and now we've got seven games in 21 days and we've got to be wary of that.
"I hope he scores a lot of goals. He is breaking all of the records and I'm certain he'll reach 100 goals in the Champions League.
"He always creates danger and scoring in the first five minutes is incredible."
