Wales forward Simon Church will miss the 2018 World Cup qualifiers against Austria and Georgia due to a hip injury.
Church, currently of Eredivisie side Roda JC Kerkrade, had been included in manager Chris Coleman's 23-man squad, but has been forced to withdraw because of the problem.
Barnsley forward Tom Bradshaw, who has made just one appearance for Wales, has been called up to replace him.
He will provide further back up to forwards Gareth Bale, Sam Vokes, Hal Robson-Kanu and David Cotterill.
Coleman is already without midfielder Aaron Ramsey, who remains on the sidelines with a hamstring injury suffered during Arsenal's opening Premier League game in August.
Wales are aiming to build on their 4-0 opening Group D victory over Moldova as they look to qualify for their first World Cup since 1958.
