Republic of Ireland winger Robbie Brady is out of the World Cup Group D qualifier against Moldova on Sunday, which is live on Sky Sports 1HD.
The Norwich forward suffered a head injury during the 1-0 victory over Georgia in Dublin on Thursday, which was decided by defender Seamus Coleman's first international goal in his 40th cap.
The 24-year-old Brady was briefly knocked unconscious after a clash of heads with opposition defender Solomon Kvirkvelia, and had to be carried off the pitch.
Action was held up for several minutes before Brady was patched up, and Kvirkvelia continued to play on.
The FAI confirmed after the match that Brady was conscious in the dressing room but required oxygen.
Shane Long also suffered a heavy leg knock and is a doubt for the next match, while Ireland are already without the suspended Jeff Hendrick for the trip to Moldova, as the home side look to bounce back from a 3-0 reverse to Serbia in Chisinau on Thursday.
"It's a tough couple of days for us. We travel to Moldova - they lost. I don't know how the game has gone," Ireland boss Martin O'Neill said.
