Scotland can win at Wembley against England next month in their World Cup Qualifier, says Sky Sports pundit Neil McCann.
Neither side were victorious is their respective games on Tuesday evening, with the Scots suffering a 3-0 defeat to Slovakia in Trnava while England were held to a goalless draw by Slovenia.
Gordon Strachan's men now sit in fifth place in the Group F table but are just three points off the Three Lions at the top with the two sides due to meet at Wembley next month.
With neither sides in particularly strong at the moment, former Scotland international McCann is confident that his country can be victorious during the November 11 match-up.
"One-hundred per cent we can go to Wembley and win. England might not like it but of course we can do it," he said after the Slovakia defeat.
"They've scored a last ditch winner against 10-man Slovakia, they've not won tonight and they've scored two against Malta. England are the best side in the group in my opinion but they're not firing.
"They've got managerial problems. The selection problems might just have a little negative influence in the camp so we go there, yes low on confidence. We can go to Wembley and we can win that game of football without a doubt but we have to play at a top level.
"Cut out silly mistakes, be absolutely on the money with selection as well and that is a decision Gordon will have until that game comes along."
Three points against England would see Scotland on level points with their home nations rivals, and McCann believes Strachan's men can get themselves back in contention for World Cup qualification.
"If we go to Wembley and win that game, we're right in it again. Gordon will be sitting back and thinking 'this is the only positive from tonight,' in my opinion," the pundit added.
"It is a tough group, but you need to find some form and momentum that you can start to build on and that confidence starts to motor on from behind it.
"If you continue to stumble, not scoring goals, conceding poor goals, not quite getting things moving the way you want to go then you'll continue to stumble and drop silly points.
"We're lucky we're still in it tonight because if England had beaten Slovenia, then forget winning the group. I still think it's a big ask because England in my opinion are absolute favourites, but you go to Wembley, you do take three points then it's game on again."
