Barcelona coach Luis Enrique is bracing himself for another "explosive" draw in the knockout phase of the Champions League after his side completed their group stage campaign with a 4-0 mauling of Borussia Monchengladbach.
Arda Turan's second-half hat-trick, following Lionel Messi's early opener, secured a comfortable win for Barca and saw them finish top of Group C with 15 points from a possible 18.
In theory, a first-place finish in the group stages should offer that team a potentially easier opponent in the last 16, but that has not always been the case and this year is looking like being a similar story.
The likes of Bayern Munich, Paris Saint-Germain and Manchester City have all finished runners-up in their groups, while reigning European champions Real Madrid and Europa League holders Sevilla currently occupy second place in their pools heading into Wednesday's fixtures.
Not all of those teams are possible opponents for Barca in the next round but, having had to face clubs such as Arsenal, Manchester City and AC Milan in the last 16 in recent years, Enrique knows what is likely to await his side in Monday's draw.
He told TV3: "We need to wait for the draw to see which ball comes out. We've done our homework and yes, there are surprises with teams who have finished second when you expected them to finish first. [But] we're used to these explosive draws. We're expecting a little gem.
"Of all the teams who will finish second in their group, I'm sure that we'll get the best or those with the most points."
Against Monchengladbach, Turan was the star of a Barca side that was much-changed from the one that drew 1-1 with Real Madrid at the weekend.
The Turkey international helped set up Messi for Barca's opener before scoring a 17-minute hat-trick in the second half.
Enrique said: "This season he's been setting up a lot of goals. He's very useful when he plays on the left. I also like him when he plays inside. I'm happy for him."
The Barca boss was also pleased with his side's overall performance, adding: "I'm very happy with the speed we circulated the ball. It was a game with more to lose than gain, but the team have done very well throughout, even though our opponents were very withdrawn."
