Sadio Mane and Joel Matip are both expected to be fit for Liverpool for their Super Sunday clash against West Ham, according to Sky sources.

Mane limped off in the second half of the 4-3 defeat to Bournemouth last weekend, but trained fully with the squad on the bonding trip to Barcelona this week.

Meanwhile Matip, who travelled to the south coast last Sunday but was not risked because of an ankle injury, also suffered no reaction to training and should take his place in the heart of Jurgen Klopp's defence.

However, striker Daniel Sturridge is unlikely to make the squad to face the Hammers.

The England forward did not travel with his team-mates to Barcelona, preferring to stay at home and continue his recovery from a calf injury at Melwood.

Sky Sports News HQ understands he will not take full part in training on Thursday, and while he has not been officially ruled out, he is not expected to be risked by Klopp at Anfield.
