Tubes meets Bournemouth defender Nathan Ake to discuss life on the south coast, his Chelsea development and more...
The Chelsea loanee has two goals in seven Premier League appearances for the Cherries, including the last-minute winner in their 4-3 victory over Liverpool earlier in December.
His side face Southampton on Super Sunday, and having previously spent time on loan at Reading and more recently Watford, Ake says he's enjoying working under boss Eddie Howe.
Speaking to Soccer AM's Tubes, the Dutchman said: "The first couple of months were difficult because I wasn't playing but they way it's going now I'm happy - it's a nice place to live and the club's nice.
"He [Eddie Howe] is young, bright. The way he takes training is really nice. He also expects people to train with 100 per cent intensity.
"Sometimes when we don't perform in games or he thinks you can do more in training, he will tell you! He can be angry but he's there to help you so it's good.
And on how he keeps in contact with parent club Chelsea, Ake added: "You have a loan department, they send you clips through of things you have to improve so they keep in contact but without interfering."
