Brighton's Anthony Knockaert paid an emotional tribute to his father after he scored in Albion's 3-0 win over QPR.
The French winger netted his first goal at the Amex since his father passed away last month, and ran over to the sidelines to lift up a picture of him in tribute.
Knockaert completed the scoring for Brighton in the second half after Sam Baldock and Glenn Murray had earlier struck, with the three points lifting the Seagulls above Newcastle to the top of the Sky Bet Championship table.
"It was my first home goal since my dad passed away so it was important for me and one more occasion to show how much I love him," Knockaert told Sky Sports after the game. "I'm very happy to score today.
"It wasn't easy, but it was up to us to find a way to score and we did it. It's a massive three points, we just need to keep working hard."
Knockaert was joined after the game by Murray, who heaped praise on his team-mate.
"He's come through a really tough period but he's shown his quality again today," said Murray. "He's back to his best and he's helped us out massively, and long may it continue."
