The Sky Bet Championship play-off semi-final line-ups have been confirmed following the conclusion of the regular season on Sunday.
Fulham's spot was all-but assured going into the final day, but victory at Sheffield Wednesday helped them finish sixth, with Leeds ending the season five points off the play-off spots after a winless run of five games.
Sheffield Wednesday themselves finished the season fourth, and they will take on Huddersfield in the semis, while Fulham face Reading for a place in the final at Wembley - all matches will be live on Sky Sports.
The play-off action starts with Fulham hosting Reading in the first leg on Saturday, May 13 (kick-off at 5.30pm), while Huddersfield entertain Sheffield Wednesday on Sunday, May 14 from midday.
The return legs follow in midweek, with Reading facing Fulham on Tuesday May 16 before Sheffield Wednesday host Huddersfield on Wednesday, May 17.
That all comes before a final date at Wembley Stadium on Monday, May 29. The winner will find themselves playing in the Premier League next season, while the losers will be consigned to another year in the Championship.
