There was also discussion regarding the second season of Paul Pogba at Old Trafford and if he can improve on his debut campaign, while the potential destination of Ross Barkley was also on the cards.
Sticking with Everton, their busy transfer activity was also under the spotlight as well as Tottenham's move to Wembley for the 2017/18 season after they struggled at the stadium in the Champions League last term.
