Ruben Neves opened the scoring in fine form as Wolves won 3-2 at Hull

Wolves maintained their 100 per cent record this season against Hull at the KC Stadium, after Ruben Neves fired in a stunning first goal since his £15.8m move from Porto.

Neves, the Championship record-signing, showed his class as he picked up the ball on the left and cut inside to fire an unstoppable shot into the top-left corner to hand the visitors an early advantage.

Allan McGregor was left with no chance as the exciting 20-year-old handed Nuno Espírito Santo's side the lead after six minutes, and it set the tone for an entertaining affair in Humberside as Michael Dawson nodded the hosts level before the break.

But Wolves would leave with all three points as Diogo Jota and Nouha Dicko both scored before a late penalty from David Meyler.
