Antonio Conte said the atmosphere inside Wembley will be "amazing" for visiting teams this season after his side beat Tottenham.
Tottenham have lost seven of their last nine matches at Wembley (W1, D1) and lost each of their last four games against Chelsea there.
The result also ended Spurs' 19-game home Premier League unbeaten run, with Chelsea the first side to beat Spurs away from home since Southampton in May 2016.
Mauricio Pochettino refused to blame the new ground on the defeat, but Conte admitted his team got a significant boost from playing at the 'home of football'.
"To see this atmosphere was great - it's a fantastic stadium - it's amazing, also, for the opponent," he said.
"In this type of atmosphere it's so strong for us. Despite 70,000 Tottenham fans, in this atmosphere, our fans tried to push the same.
"Thanks to our fans. It was an incredible atmosphere. It was great to play in this atmosphere. The fans were important. They pushed us in every moment when we was suffering."
Conte was delighted that Chelsea bounced back from their opening-day defeat by Burnley with the first win of their title defence, hailing their "champion" mentality.
After exquisitely putting the champions ahead with an first-half free-kick, Marcos Alonso snatched a dramatic win in the 88th minute with a shot Spurs captain Hugo Lloris will feel he should have saved, six minutes after Michy Batshuayi's own goal had levelled the contest.
"I want to thank my players," Conte said.
"They showed me great desire, great will, great heart. A will to fight. I saw the fighters. I saw a lot of positive things in not an easy moment with injuries and suspensions - don't forget that. It's a fantastic result."
