WATCH: Refereeing howler hands PSV Eindhoven penalty

PSV Eindhoven were the recipients of a staggering refereeing decision in their 4-0 win over Willem II in the Eredivisie on Saturday.
The home side were already leading 3-0 at the Philips Stadion when the controversial incident took place, so luckily for the official it was not a game-changer.
However, it was still a moment the referee will not want to see again, with the man in question somehow deciding that Willem II 'keeper Timon Wellenreuther had brought down Jurgen Locadia in the penalty area.
If you look at the above video, though, then it will become perfectly clear that the shot-stopper had, in fact, got a strong right hand to the ball, rather than bringing down the player.
