Star admits he was wrong

Bayern Munich winger Arjen Robben has apologised for diving in the box during Tuesday's match with Bochum, labelling it 'stupid'. The former Chelsea man went down in the area during the first-half of the DFB Pokal clash at the rewirpower-Stadion but no penalty was given and Robben was shown the yellow card by referee Michael Weiner for diving. The 27-year-old went on to net a last-minute winner as Bayern came from behind to progress 2-1. Speaking after the game Robben admitted he was wrong to have dived and apologised, telling ZDF: "Perhaps it was a penalty, but then I should have fallen earlier. I saw that I could not get to the ball. "It was stupid. I must not do things like this and I apologise."
