Southampton totally deserved win, says Ronald Koeman

Ronald Koeman believes Southampton "totally deserved" the three points after their 3-1 victory over Chelsea at Stamford Bridge on Saturday Night Football.
Saints came from a goal behind thanks to goals from Steven Davis, Sadio Mane and Graziano Pelle, and Koeman was delighted with how his team responded to Willian's early strike.
"We had a difficult start to the game, going 1-0 down," Koeman told Sky Sports. "But we came back, 1-1, and it was a great goal from Davis."
Having failed to capitalise on Willian's goal, Chelsea conceded two minutes before the interval and were then hit by two strikes in 12 second-half minutes from Mane and Pelle.
"I think the difference was how we came out of the dressing room, how we played in the second half," continued Koeman.
"We were more aggressive to press Chelsea, and [we had] fantastic movements. We totally deserved the three points today.
"We have the experience now, it happened the same last year as we went 1-0 down very early. But we had good organisation and close to half time we were the better team.
"The difference was how we came out the dressing room, because that was impressive."
There was controversy at Stamford Bridge too, as Jose Mourinho felt his side should have had a penalty after Maarten Stekelenburg appeared to foul Radamel Falcao - instead the Colombia striker was booked for simulation.
But Koeman said his side should have had potentially two spot-kicks of their own in the first-half.
"Yes, maybe [we should have had two penalties]," Koeman said. "If they had one penalty, we should have had two penalties. [But] that's the decision of the referee."
