Joe Hart returns to Manchester City training ahead of Stoke clash

Joe Hart has returned to Manchester City training and could feature in Saturday's trip to Stoke City.

The England goalkeeper missed last weekend's 3-1 victory over Southampton at the Etihad with a hamstring strain he suffered during the 1-0 defeat to Juventus in the Champions League last week.

He was initially ruled out for around 10 days but he has recovered more quickly than expected and took a full part in Thursday's training session.

Willy Caballero started against Saints and against Hull City in the Capital One Cup match on Tuesday and if Hart is passed fit, the Argentine is likely to return to the bench with veteran Richard Wright dropping out of the squad.
