Quique Sanchez Flores warns Watford not to aim too high

Watford manager Quique Sanchez Flores has warned his players of the dangers of losing sight of their prime objective this season.
The Hornets go to Sunderland sitting in 10th place, nine points clear of the bottom three, following a run of four wins in their last six Premier League games.
It has been an impressive return to life in the top flight for the club, the Spaniard's first in English football.
However, Sanchez Flores knows as soon as anyone at Vicarage Road starts thinking they have made it is when the problems will start.
"Our expectation is to improve, sometimes we need to meet with the players to create the same objectives," he said.
"Sometimes it is all very clear at the start of the season, then after when we are improving, are comfortable in the table with good feelings, sometimes the mentality of the players is to go very quickly onto other objectives.
"So for me it is very important to keep the focus. Our objectives of course is to keep the category (of the Premier League), this is unity we have. Maybe it is one of our advantages because we are thinking only about the next match.
"But of course I understand the players that sometimes they think if we win the next match then we have to be thinking other things, but it is not good for us,
"For us it is important to keep humble, to admit we are in a very good position in the table, but not change the objective because that would be dangerous."
