Antonio Conte is in London and could be set to sign a deal to take charge of Chelsea on Monday, according to Sky in Italy.

It is understood Conte, who will step down as Italy manager at the end of Euro 2016, arrived in the capital at noon on Sunday, and has reportedly agreed a three-year deal with Chelsea which will see him take charge for the start of next season.

The Stamford Bridge side are looking for a permanent successor to Jose Mourinho, who left the club in December last year, with interim boss Guus Hiddink stating on a number of occasions that he would not be staying beyond the end of this campaign.

Sky in Italy reported that the 46-year-old's representatives had begun negotiations with Chelsea director Marina Granovskaia in February.
