Memphis Depay

In November, Everton boss Ronald Koeman said of Manchester United midfielder Memphis Depay: "If there is any opportunity [to sign him] then of course I'm interested. I was interested at Southampton, that has not changed. We have to be patient but we will do business in January."

Depay has played just 20 minutes for United boss Jose Mourinho in the Premier League this season and has struggled to recapture the form he showed during his title-winning season with PSV in 2014/15, which led to his £25million switch to Old Trafford. Sky Bet have him as 5/4 to be playing at Everton by February 2017 - he's just 2/1 to still be a United player when the window closes.

Cesc Fabregas

Cesc Fabregas has found first-team football hard to come by under Chelsea head coach Antonio Conte with injuries and form playing a part, although the Italian is insistent that the former Arsenal midfielder will not be moving before the end of the window.

However, the world of transfers does move quickly, with West Ham the current favourites with Sky Bet at 6/5 to snap up Fabregas' services while Serie A sides AC Milan and Inter are both on offer at 10/1. Fabregas is at 10/11 to stay with the Blues for the rest of the season at least.

Daniel Sturridge

Liverpool have been firing on all cylinders in front of goal this season, although Daniel Sturridge has had to watch the majority of the action from the bench. An injury-hit spell at Anfield seems to have taken its toll, and the striker has been reportedly linked with a move away from the club in search of regular game time.

Southampton are leading the way for his signature, according to the Sky Bet odds - the 5/1 favourites to sign the England striker - with West Ham in second place with odds of 7/1. He is also 4/9 to remain at Liverpool and fight for his place up front.

Saido Berahino

What would a transfer window be without some talk of a move for Saido Berahino? The West Brom striker has made just five appearances for the Baggies this season and hasn't played a minute since September 10. Indeed, he has spent the last two months in France at a training camp as he enters the final few months of his contract at The Hawthorns.

Stoke reportedly tabled a £20m offer for Berahino in July, and the Potters are still the Sky Bet favourites to sign the striker in the upcoming window at odds of 4/1. Crystal Palace also had a deal turned down by West Brom and are third favourites at 16/1, while Tottenham are second favourites at odds of 10/1 for his signature.

Michael Keane

Burnley defender Michael Keane has enjoyed a great season so far, playing every minute in the Clarets' Premier League campaign and getting his maiden call-up to the senior England squad. His performances have reportedly attracted the interest of several Premier League clubs, although manager Sean Dyche has remained adamant he is not for sale.

Chelsea and Manchester United - where Keane spent his youth career before joining Burnley in September 2014 - are joint-favourites with Sky Bet to land the defender at 7/1. However, the odds are 2/7 for Dyche to be proved correct and for Keane to remain at Turf Moor.

Wayne Rooney

Manchester United and England captain Wayne Rooney has struggled for consistent game time for club and country this season. He has made 16 appearances under Red Devils boss Jose Mourinho in all competitions, but is subject to speculation that he could move elsewhere in January.

His boyhood club Everton are top of the list to land his services before the end of the window, with Sky Bet odds of 3/1, and a move abroad to the Chinese Super League or Major League Soccer also among the favourites at odds of 12/1 and 14/1 respectively. He is also 2/9 to remain at Manchester United.
