New Hull City manager Marco Silva is confident he can keep the club in the Premier League this season.
The former Olympiakos and Sporting Lisbon boss took over at Hull on Thursday following the sacking of Mike Phelan.
The 39-year-old has been referred to in his native Portugal as "the new Mourinho" and arrives with a reputation as an entertaining, attacking coach.
But his first task will simply be one of survival, with the Tigers bidding to remain a top-flight side despite being rock bottom of the table and three points adrift of safety.
"It's a big, big challenge and it is a difficult challenge but I come with courage because if I don't have courage then I don't come here," Silva said.
"And I come with confidence, because I believe it is possible to help Hull City remain in the Premier League.
"Until May we will find the solutions to keep the club in the Premier League."
