The Premier League title race looks like it might go down to the wire after Chelsea's 2-0 defeat to Manchester United on Sunday opened the door for Tottenham who trail the leaders by four points with six games left to play.
We analyse the remaining fixtures for both sides, who has more injury concerns, and what the managers and pundits say...
Who has the better run-in?
Chelsea look to have the more preferable final set of fixtures because they only face one side in the top six - Everton away, live on Sky Sports, on Sunday April 30 - and their only other away game is against West Brom, who have lost five of their past seven matches.
Otherwise Chelsea are at home to Southampton, Middlesbrough and Watford, before finishing the season at Stamford Bridge against Sunderland, who are likely to already be relegated.
Tottenham's remaining games look more difficult. Up next is a trip to Crystal Palace, who have won five of their past seven games, before they host north London rivals Arsenal on April 30, live on Sky Sports.
Then there's a trip to West Ham before a home match against Manchester United on Sky Sports - the last game at White Hart Lane - and Leicester and Hull away in the final week.
Gary Neville also thinks it could be significant that Chelsea are scheduled to play before Spurs in five of their remaining six games.
"One of the big things is Chelsea are playing first," he said on Super Sunday. "If Spurs were playing first and getting to within one point then psychologically that's always big when you are being chased.
"The fact they can extend it to seven and Tottenham are always having to win looks quite important to me."
How did Chelsea and Tottenham fare in the corresponding reverse fixtures?
Chelsea took maximum points, including a 5-0 thrashing of Everton at Stamford Bridge which prompted Ronald Koeman to say that his side were "outclassed in every aspect".
Spurs have already dropped points against three of their remaining six opponents this season.
They drew with Arsenal at the Emirates, lost to Manchester United at Old Trafford and drew with Leicester at White Hart Lane.
Which side are better on current form?
Tottenham have closed the gap from 13 points in the middle of March to just four by winning their past seven Premier League games in a row.
They have also won 12 consecutive league games at home, a run that matches their longest in a single season back in 1919-20.
Chelsea have stuttered a little in April with two defeats in their past four matches and a poor record of 10 games without a clean sheet.
Which side has the more concerning injury list?
Chelsea were forced into a couple of changes against Manchester United on Sunday as goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois (ankle) and defender Marcos Alonso (illness) were ruled out.
Both are doubts for their FA Cup semi-final against Tottenham on Saturday, but they are not expected to be long-term absentees.
"We are still in a great position...We need to realise it's not over, we need to realise there are points to play for, and we have to dig in."
Tottenham are without Erik Lamela and Harry Winks for the rest of the season but Ben Davies has deputised well for the injured Danny Rose at left-back and Kieran Trippier also impressed when he covered for Kyle Walker against Watford. And they have been boosted by the recent return of Harry Kane.
Could goal difference play a part?
Spurs have the edge as they have a six-goal advantage over Chelsea, which they have helped to build with 13 goals in their past four games.
Mauricio Pochettino thinks goal difference could be important. "For me, yes. And for them, too. It's so important…Never give up. Three-nil, 4-0 or 1-0, 2-0 - the team must forget the result. It's important to always try to go forward, keep possession, score goals."
Are there any other factors?
Well there is the small matter of the FA Cup semi-final between the two sides at Wembley on Saturday. Kane has said victory for Spurs could be "a big thing psychologically".
"Of course it's a different competition so it's hard to say, but it's a big game for us, a big game for the club, a massive semi-final and you never know," he added.
"If we win next week it might put a bit more doubt in their minds regarding the Premier League."
The winner will face either Manchester City or Arsenal in the final.
What have the managers said?
"If they fail, we will be there," was the message from Pochettino after Spurs' 4-0 win over Bournemouth on Saturday.
"But we are fighting to be there and to play for the top four. For the second consecutive season, we are there."
Speaking after losing to Manchester United, Chelsea boss Antonio Conte said he remains "confident" in his side.
"I prefer to fight for the title and have the pressure rather than not fighting for the title and staying calm. We are lucky to have that pressure," he said.
"Last season Chelsea had no pressure. You play calm and you're happy. We are doing a great job, a miracle if you consider last season and the problems we had. I have confidence in myself and in my players and the club."
What do pundits think?
Former Manchester United defender Neville knows a thing or two about winning Premier League titles, and he said the defeat at Old Trafford has "certainly given Chelsea something to think about".
"With Tottenham breathing down their necks, they can't make mistakes. There's nothing worse than being chased and hunted down."
Ex-Chelsea midfielder Frank Lampard thinks the leaders need to "take a deep breath".

"If you had offered Chelsea a four-point lead with six games to go at the start of the season, or any part of it, they probably would have taken it," he added.
"They need to take a deep breath, work hard and get back to what has got them there."
And Graeme Souness says he thinks there will be twists and turns in the final month.
"You can be guaranteed that both teams are going to slip up somewhere, in games you think they will get three points. It's a really hard one to call."
