European commitments can have a big impact on Premier League form, so what are the domestic fixtures facing Manchester City, Manchester United, Chelsea and the rest directly after their Champions League or Europa League group games in 2018/19?
Manchester City, Manchester United, Tottenham and last season's finalists Liverpool will go straight into the Champions League group stage, with Chelsea and Arsenal entering the Europa League group stage, with Burnley hoping to join them via the qualifiers.
UEFA have already confirmed their group stage schedules, so how do the Premier League sides' post-European schedules look? We take a look following the 2018/19 fixture release.
POST-CHAMPIONS LEAGUE SCHEDULES
MANCHESTER CITY
Pep Guardiola's Premier League champions face a daunting set of fixtures after their Champions League group games. They are scheduled to play three of those six games away from home, including trips to title rivals Liverpool and Tottenham. They also face Manchester United at home on the weekend of November 10. It will be a challenge for Guardiola to keep his players fresh.

MANCHESTER UNITED
It's a mixed bag for Manchester United, who will play at home in the Premier League after their first three Champions League group games, but away after their final three. Jose Mourinho's side face Manchester City at the Etihad Stadium directly after their fourth group game and Liverpool at Anfield straight after their final group game.

TOTTENHAM
Tottenham's post-Champions League schedule features an even split of home and away games. There is a meeting with Manchester City at the new White Hart Lane after their third group game, and they face Arsenal in the north London derby at the Emirates Stadium after their fifth.

LIVERPOOL
Champions League runners-up Liverpool have lucked out, with all six Premier League fixtures after their group games taking place at Anfield. CHELSEA
Chelsea will be racking up the miles this season, with five Premier League away trips directly following their scheduled Europa League group games. Their only home game comes against Everton after their fourth group fixture, but there are potentially tricky away games against West Ham and Burnley.
