Sergio Romero and Antonio Valencia will return to the Manchester United squad for the Champions League game against CSKA Moscow on Wednesday night.
Romero and Valencia are back in contention having been rested for Saturday's 3-0 win at Everton following their involvement in World Cup qualifying matches with Argentina and Ecuador respectively.
Neither James Wilson nor Ashley Young travel to the Russian capital but Jesse Lingard, who made his first appearance of the season as a second-half substitute at Goodison Park, is in the 20-man squad.
Louis van Gaal told the club website: "It's the same amount of injuries so Luke Shaw, Paddy McNair and Ashley Young are not going with us. James Wilson was a little bit ill so he shall not travel with us."
All four sides in Group B have three points after two games; United lost 2-1 to PSV in their opening fixture before beating VfL Wolfsburg at Old Trafford by the same score with goals from Juan Mata and Chris Smalling.
