Manchester United midfielder Paul Pogba says team-mate Zlatan Ibrahimovic has been like a "big brother," since his arrival at Old Trafford.

Pogba returned to United for a world record fee in August, four years after leaving the club for Juventus, while striker Ibrahimovic arrived on a free transfer from Paris Saint-Germain.

The pair will be up against Liverpool on 'Red Monday', and Pogba admits he is delighted the former Sweden international will be at his side.

"Ibrahimovic is like a big brother," Pogba told French television station TF1

"He has a winning mentality, a great player, very dangerous. He's very important in Manchester - he can help us reach our objectives."

Pogba is yet to find his best form for United this season, but he says that the £89m price tag has nothing to do with his slow start and insists he just needs more time.

"Does my price put more pressure on me? No, I have none," he said.
