Manchester United are reportedly targeting a new centre-back this summer, as we round-up the latest rumours on Thursday, May 17.
United could battle it out with Bayern Munich to sign AC Milan defender Leonardo Bonucci next season, according to reports in the Sun.
The Serie A side are believed to be having to sell star players because of Financial Fair Play regulations.
Meanwhile, Jose Mourinho's side have added Atletico Madrid defender Sime Vrsaljko to their list of summer targets, says the Daily Mail.
The Croatia international right- back, 26, played for Atleti in Wednesday night's Europa League final win over Marseille in Lyon.
Elsewhere, United are understood to be readying an £88m deal for Barcelona goalkeeper Marc-Andre ter Stegen, reports Don Balon.
The 26-year-old is contracted to the La Liga champions until the summer of 2022, with United set to move for the German if current No 1 David de Gea joins Real Madrid next season.
