Chelsea's Papy Djilobodji in trouble for throat cutting gesture

A German FA (DFB) panel will meet on Monday to discuss Chelsea loanee Papy Djilobodji's 'throat cutting' gesture made at an opponent during a Bundesliga game.
Television footage showed Djilobodji - who is on a season-long loan at Werder Bremen - making the gesture towards Mainz winger Pablo de Blasis on Sunday.
It is understood a decision on any punishment for the player will be announced by Wednesday.
Djilobodji's actions were missed by referee Manuel Graefe but retrospective action could see him banned for their next game against Borussia Dortmund on April 2, a pivotal match in Werder's bid to avoid relegation - Saturday's 1-1 draw left them in 14th place, but only one point above Eintracht Frankfurt in 17th.
Coach Viktor Skripnik admitted Djilobodji has "a temper" and expects there to be consequences for his gesture, adding: "I'll accept whatever comes."
Bremen's director of sport Thomas Eichin told Sky in Germany: "I'll have a serious talk to him about it and he won't do it again in the future."
Djilobodji joined Chelsea at the end of the summer 2015 transfer window, but played only once in the Capital One Cup win over Walsall before being loaned out in January.
