oma's sporting director Walter Sabatini is in London for talks about the possible sale of Radja Nainggolan to Chelsea, according to Sky in Italy.

Incoming manager - the Italian Antonio Conte - is believed to be a huge fan of the Belgium international midfielder.

Chelsea are refusing to comment but Sabbatani was pictured in West London by a Belgian newspaper on Friday.

Formerly with Cagliari, the 27-year-old Nainggolan joined Roma initially on loan in 2014, and he has been a key performer for the side from the Italian capital this season.

Capped 18 times by Belgium, Nainggolan is under contract until 2020 and Chelsea would have to part with a sizeable transfer fee to secure his services.
