As part of our experts' picks, Frank Lampard fondly recalls his double at the Reebok Stadium to give Chelsea their first ever Premier League title.

Chelsea clinched their first top-flight title in 50 years after Frank Lampard struck two second-half goals to add the Premier League crown to the Carling Cup in Jose Mourinho’s first season at Stamford Bridge.
The champions elect survived an onslaught from the hosts before Lampard bundled his way into the box and dispatched the ball past Jussi Jaaskelainen on the hour.
Petr Cech made a terrific reaction save from Geremi shortly after to prevent the Cameroonian putting through his own net before the visitors sprung on the break and Lampard rounded Jaaskelainen to slot home his second and spark pandemonium in the visiting section at the Reebok Stadium as Chelsea were crowned champions of England for the first time since 1955.
Frank’s favourite moment
"Winning the Premier League with Chelsea the first time round at Bolton.
"Chelsea hadn’t won the league for 50 years. We went there, it was 0-0 at half-time and we weren’t playing particularly well and knowing we needed to win the game.
"Fortunately I scored the two goals. I’m not being completely selfish about it but it was great for me personally.
"I remember all the celebrations on the pitch and after with the Chelsea fans, Roman Abramovich on the pitch, Jose Mourinho, all the boys, John Terry, Eidur Gudjohnsen, Didier [Drogba].
"It was special. That first one was the outstanding one for me."
