Mario Balotelli's agent has been speaking to clubs around Europe to see if there’s interest in the Liverpool striker.

Mino Raiola, who represents Balotelli as well as Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Paul Pogba, is confident Besiktas will rekindle their interest in the Italian.

"I offered Mario to Besiktas and I'm waiting for their answer," the Italian told Turkish outletSpox.com.tr.

"But I'm quite sure the transfer will happen as the president already assured me in the past that he would do everything he can to sign him."

Balotelli, who was left out of Antonio Conte's Italy squad for Euro 2016, joined Liverpool for a fee in the region of £16m from AC Milan in August 2014.

Despite scoring 18 goal in 41 matches for Milan prior to joining Liverpool, Balotelli only managed one Premier League goal in his first season on Merseyside.
