Liverpool's Adam Lallana in Cape Town for hamstring rehab

Liverpool forward Adam Lallana is undergoing rehab on his hamstring injury in South Africa as he ramps up his bid for an England World Cup place.
Lallana has struggled with injuries all season and has not played for the Reds since the win over Crystal Palace in March, in which he lasted just five minutes as a second-half substitute.
The England international has been having treatment at the Sports Science Institute in Cape Town, according to the Liverpool Echo, and he has been pictured by supporters in the country's capital.
Lallana also posted a photo of himself on what appears to be the outdoor pitches at the Institute on his Instagram page.
Manager Jurgen Klopp said his latest setback was "really serious", after he fell under a heavy challenge from Luka Milivojevic on March 31, but the German did rule out a return in time to be in contention for the World Cup.
A frustrated Lallana, who has made only 13 appearances for Liverpool after missing the first four months of the season, was sent off playing for Liverpool's U23s earlier in March after an altercation with Tottenham's George Marsh.
