Arsenal fans had reasons to be worried at the start of November.
Not only did they have tricky fixtures ahead against Tottenham, Manchester United and Paris St Germain, there was also the fact that Arsenal's record in November is worse than any other month.
Before this year, the Gunners had taken just 1.59 points per game in November under Arsene Wenger. By way of contrast, they average 2.18 points per game in March and 2.09 points per game in April.
This year, they went unbeaten in the league in their bogey month, and with draws against Tottenham and United, and a 3-1 win over Bournemouth, they averaged 1.7 points per Premier League game.
It keeps their overall average at 1.59 points per Premier League game for November.
However, there was also the frustrating 2-2 draw with PSG which knocked them off the top of their Champions League group, and the 2-0 EFL Cup quarter-final defeat to Southampton to finish the month.
So although Arsenal avoided a collapse, they will still probably be glad to see the back of November for another year.
