North Ferriby's club secretary has confirmed they had no ticket request from Arsenal, amid reports a Gunners' scout was turned away from watching Lincoln.

Arsenal are turning their attentions to an historic FA Cup quarter-final against National League-leaders Lincoln in March.

The Gunners would not confirm whether or not they sent a scout to the game when contacted by Sky Sports News HQ.

But North Ferriby club secretary, Andrew Frankland Barber, said: "Anyone requesting tickets from Tuesday, the answer was no. It didn't matter who you are.

"If you didn't have a ticket by 9pm on Monday night, then it was just a no. It didn't matter if you were Arsenal or Lincoln or North Ferriby or press. There were no tickets."
