Swedish side Ostersund have warned Arsenal of the cold temperatures ahead in their Europa League last-32 fixture by depicting their changing rooms in an igloo.

Arsene Wenger's side will travel to Scandinavia for Thursday's knock-out tie against the Swedish Cup holders, who are currently between seasons due the harsh winter conditions.

Ostersund's latitude is hundreds of miles further north than the coast of Scotland and almost level with the south coast of Iceland, and the town reached a high of minus-three degrees Celsius on Monday.

Via the club's official Twitter account, Ostersund wrote: "We are ready for you @Arsenal, Did we mention our new locker rooms?"

An image depicting an igloo dressing room with the players' shirts hung up accompanied the tweet, soon becoming a viral hit online.

In the dugout, Wenger will come up against Graham Potter, the only British manager left in European competition this season.

Potter, a former Stoke, Southampton and West Brom left-back, has overseen the rise of the small club, who were only founded in 1996.
