Sky Sports has signed a three-year deal to show the Emirates Cup, the pre-season tournament held at Arsenal.

Arsenal tournament tops the pre-season bill for 2008-09

Sky Sports has signed a three-year deal to broadcast live and exclusive coverage of The Emirates Cup, the pre-season tournament held at the home of Arsenal. This season's tournament will begin in early August 2008 and as well as the hosts, will feature Spanish giants Real Madrid, resurgent Italian power Juventus and crack German outfit Hamburg. This year's tournament - the second at the London venue - will be broadcast live in Sky Sports High Definition and is one of three pre-season tournaments in the first week of August to herald the 2008-2009 season on Sky Sports. We are also showing exclusive coverage of the Feyenoord Jubileum Tournament (1st-3rd August), featuring Tottenham Hotspur FC, Celtic FC and BV Borussia Dortmund and the LG Amsterdam Tournament (7th-9th August), with the participants yet to be confirmed..
