Arsenal agree terms for defender
Arsenal are understood to have agreed terms with Lorient for Laurent Koscielny.
The Gunners have been tracking the 24-year-old defender all summer and they now look set to finalise his capture.
Lorient returned to pre-season training this week, but they confirmed Koscielny would not attend as he was 'discussing the manner of his departure'.
The deal, which is set to be officially concluded on July 1, is worth €12million (£9.7million) according to French sources.
Arsene Wenger, who confirmed his interest in Koscielny earlier this month, has moved to bolster his defensive options as William Gallas, Mickael Silvestre and Sol Campbell are all out-of-contract at the club.
