Romelu Lukaku wants to see Everton push for a top-four finish this season, while his future at Goodison Park remains uncertain.
In March, Lukaku said he has made a decision over new contract talks and Sky sources understand the Belgium international has told the Toffees he will not sign a new deal at the club.
He is reportedly of interest to Chelsea and a number of other top European clubs, but the 23-year-old did admit he wants to "create history" at Everton.
"I want to create history at the club. I want to push for a top-four spot and I think we have to aim for this," he told EASports.com.
"Personally, I just want to improve and become a better player than I am today."
Lukaku came in for some criticism after his display in the 3-1 defeat at Liverpool on Saturday, but the player insists he is in good form.
"I give my best everyday in training and in games; this is the only way that I know how to play football," he said.
"I always want to win and that's the same with my team-mates. At the moment we are doing really well and we need to continue like this."
Romelu Lukaku was speaking to EASports.com at the presentation of the EA Sports Player Of The Month Award. To read the full interview, go to https://www.easports.com/fifa/news/2017/epl-player-of-the-month-march
