Tottenham now have another month to decide whether to play their home games at Wembley next season.

Spurs were this month given permission to relocate to Wembley for 27 games in 2017/18 while work on their new stadium is completed.

But chairman Daniel Levy cast doubt on the move this week - just two days before an initial deadline to confirm their agreement with with Wembley National Stadium Limited.

Tottenham's new stadium will cost in the region of £750m

And a new April 30 cut-off point has now been agreed while Levy seeks "greater certainty on the delivery of the new stadium".

A Spurs statement read: "The club has agreed an extension until April 30 2017 with Wembley National Stadium Limited (WNSL) in respect of the option to play home fixtures next season at Wembley Stadium.

"This agreement has been reached in order to afford ourselves greater flexibility before making the final decision on the decommissioning of White Hart Lane.
