Mauricio Pochettino has confirmed Harry Kane sustained a "knock" against Juventus and is a doubt to face Rochdale in the FA Cup.
Kane scored as Tottenham came from two goals down to salvage a 2-2 draw in Turin on Tuesday, but the England international suffered a slight ankle injury during the Champions League tie.
Spurs will assess Kane on Saturday and Pochettino admits he could be without the striker for the fifth-round trip to Spotland on Sunday.
"Harry suffered a knock," said Pochettino. "Of course, there is the possibility we will start with Fernando [Llorente, against Rochdale].
"He twisted his ankle and received a knock. We need to assess him tomorrow. If he is fit maybe he has the possibility to play, if he is not 100 per cent he could be on the bench or maybe half an hour, or 20 minutes. We need to assess him tomorrow to see if he is possible for the squad.
"We are not worried [about him facing Crystal Palace on February 26] but we need to take care."
Pochettino was pleased with his side's resilience against Juventus but admits the tie is far from over ahead of the second leg at Wembley on March 7.
"I think if you forget the first seven minutes, the performance was very good," said Pochettino. "Of course, the first goal we conceded was clearly offside. It didn't help us to stay in the game early - we struggled a little bit in the next few minutes.
"But after we conceded the second goal the team was so confident and we started to dominate and play in the way that we wanted to play from the beginning. The performance was good.
"To play in this way against Juventus, in a stadium like Turin… in the last three seasons they have played two finals. That was good but it will be a massive battle at Wembley. There is still a lot of work to do."
January signing Lucas Moura has played just four minutes for Spurs since joining the club in a £25m move from Paris Saint-Germain on Deadline Day.
However, Pochettino says the Brazilian is nearing full match fitness and could make his first start for the club against Rochdale in the fifth round of the FA Cup.
"We are thinking to give the possibility to start the game. He is working very hard, we are pushing him - we need to asses him tomorrow and see if we can," said Pochettino.
"We are so happy with him in the way he is working, maybe he has the possibility to play."
