Newcastle United centre-back Mike Williamson has agreed to join Wolves on a one-month loan deal, according to Sky sources.
Williamson has made just two appearances for Newcastle this season and scored in their 4-1 win over Northampton in the Capital One Cup.
He will finalise terms in the next 24 hours, and will likely act as a replacement for centre-back Kortney Hause, who is out for up to six weeks after being stretchered off at the weekend.
Williamson signed for Newcastle in January 2010 from Portsmouth.
