Manchester City have posted an image of Joe Hart and Vincent Kompany in the gym, as the pair continue their rehabilitation from injury.
Hart was ruled out for at least a month after injuring his calf against Manchester United on March 20, whilst Kompany also suffered a long-term calf injury during a Champions League game against Dynamo Kiev on March 15.
Hart, who was forced to miss England's friendly matches against Germany and the Netherlands this week, also took to social media to post a separate image of himself and Kompany training in the gym.
"Me and the skipper on the comeback trail," said Hart, who also wished former team-mate James Milner well ahead of England's match against the Dutch at Wembley on Tuesday.
"And good luck to CAPTAIN MILNER tonight."
Hart is hoping to be fit in time to return for his side's Champions League quarter-final second leg match against Paris Saint-Germain on April 12. City's second choice keeper, Willy Caballero, is expected to deputise until then.
Meanwhile Kompany, who has now suffered three separate calf injuries this season, is likely to miss the remainder of City's games this season.
