Dutch second-tier club NAC Breda have announced a link-up with Manchester City.

The partnership will run for five seasons and the agreement has been reached after initial contact was made in January 2015 by NAC's former coach Robert Maaskant.

NAC's chief executive Justin Goetzee and technical director Hans Smulders continued the negotiations and they have now fulfilled their ambition to collaborate with a top club.

As a result of the deal NAC, who are coached by former Brentford boss Marinus Dijkhuizen, will now have the opportunity to take players on loan from Manchester City and share scouting and coaching knowledge.
