Fulham midfielder Tom Cairney has received a surprise 'bonus payment' from an impressed young supporter.
Cairney, who has scored three goals in 12 appearances this season for the Championship club, received a letter and £3 from the Fulham "season ticket holder".
The young fan also had a few hot tips for his hero, asking him to 'try to do a bicycle kick' and 'run fast to get the ball'.
Cairney, who has previously played for Blackburn and Hull, posted an image of the letter and money on his official Twitter page with fan also adding: "I am giving you some money to thank you".
Fulham, who currently sit 14th in the Championship table, face Barnsley at Oakwell on Saturday in their first match after the recent international break.
